My name is Diana and i've been baking for more than 6 years. My love for pastry making and baking came from taking different "foods" classes when I was in high school. Shortly after graduating high school I attended culinary school in Lima-Peru for a year and completed the "Baking and Pastry" year long degree; I went through different classes that culinary schools in the states don't offer. Learning a wide variety of "Peruvian" techniques, that you can't learn anywhere else. I'm currently a pastry chef at a local bakery but enjoy baking in my spare time as well. I am very knowledgable and have a deep understanding for the art of baking and pastry making.
